Arrival times are estimates only. For your convenience, you will receive an electronic registration link the day of your visit. Please complete that prior to your appointment.

Please be aware that Drug Screens are performed

MON - FRI 8am till 5pm

SAT - SUN 8am till 2pm

We do not see children under the age of 1 year old. We do not provide primary care services for individuals under the age of 18 years.
