In order to get tested at one of our drive through COVID-19 testing locations, you must have an appointment. Please select from the available time slots below and submit the information requested.

Once your time slot is confirmed, you will receive updates and reminders about your drive through appointment by text message. Please note that a registration link will also be sent to you by text message -- be sure to complete your registration prior to arrival at the site.
