We are offering COVID-19 (coronavirus) drive-thru testing at our Lenox Mall location. We are located on the Parking Deck in the back near the food court and are open: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday-Saturday

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE: Medicare, Ambetter, Wellcare, or Tricare, please go back a screen and make an appointment at our Brookhaven Testing Site instead. Please click here for information on insurances accepted. COVID-19 evaluation and testing is 100% covered by most insurance plans.

We apologize, but we will not be testing a patient under 2 years old. Patients under 18 require a legal guardian to be present or the Guardian can complete and sign the attached form along with a copy of their valid Driver’s license.
