1. Lab - Phelps: for lab prescriptions NOT from Northwell Health Physician Partners
  2. Lab - NHPP: for lab prescriptions from Northwell Health Physician Partners only.

Please note, Glucose Tolerance Testing: Performed Monday through Friday between 8am-9am only. Testing could take up to three or more hours to complete.

*Patients are required to stay in the lab office for safety reasons for the duration of their visit, they will not be permitted to leave the building*

  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8:00 am - 4:45 pm
  Thursday 8:00 am - 6:45 pm
  Saturday 8:00 am - 11:45am
Sunday- Closed(Closed on Sundays as of 5/1/24)
