Our regular office hours are:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm & Saturday/Sunday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
We may be closed or have shortened hours around major holidays.

Patients without medical insurance will be required to pay a $175.00 deposit at the time of service. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. CHECKS, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS ONLY But first, please make sure you don't need to call 911.
