At PromptMed Urgent Care, walk-ins are always welcome. However, for the best patient experience, we encourage you to check-in online and join the queue from the comfort of your own home!
In order to join the queue, you must fully complete the online registration process by uploading your photo ID and insurance card (if applicable). You will receive a confirmation via text once you have completed all steps and our team has verified your information (alert: if you start the online registration and do not finish, you are welcome to complete the registration process in-person at the clinic and join the queue at that time).
