Should I go to Urgent Care or the ER?

Save Your Spot at MedPoint Ireland Rd:

1. Complete the information to reserve your place in line.

2. Watch for text messages while you wait.
   MedPoint will send a text messages to being your registration process before your visit and may let you know if there are any changes to your arrival time.

3. Start your registration online.

4. Arrive at your visit time with your insurance and photo ID.
   Greet the front desk and they’ll send the rest of your registration to your phone to complete while you wait.

5. Have a seat. You’ll be called back for your visit soon.

Please note: In fairness to our other patients, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your visit, you may be removed from the line.

MedPoint teams do their best to see you quickly, whether you walk in or use Save My Spot. When you use Save My Spot, you are adding your name to a list of patients who have chosen to be seen at this urgent care location. The wait list is based on estimated times and is not a guarantee that you will be seen at a particular time. Your wait time will vary based on the number of all patients who come to our location and the severity of their care needs. Patients who come in after you with a more serious problem will be seen before you.

During times of high volumes your visit may be moved, or in rare instances cancelled. If this occurs you will be notified by a member of our team who will work with you to find another time that is convenient for you.
