For your safety, you will be asked to verify your information at the facility prior to admittance. If you are scheduling your Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccine and your plans change, please cancel this appointment so another patient may receive the vaccination. We have limited availability for vaccinations at this time. In order to receive this vaccine, you must be over the age of 65, reside in Maryland and have no history of severe allergic reactions. (if you carry an Epi pen for any reason you cannot receive this vaccine in our facility). If you do not meet these criteria, please cancel your reservation.
